How Ordering Works

Browse the products currently available online and select the size, style, and personalization options that fit your project.
2. Add Your Personalization
Enter the requested name, wording, or other details on the product page. If artwork or a logo is needed, follow the upload options provided with the item.
3. We Review Your Order
Before production, we review the information you submitted. If something needs clarification or your artwork needs adjustment, we will contact you before moving forward.
4. We Make It
Your order is produced by Klein's Designs ND in Bismarck, North Dakota. Because personalized products are made specifically for you, production time can vary by product and order size.
Custom Order FAQ
Can you make something that is not listed in the shop?
Yes. The online shop only represents products that are currently set up for direct ordering. For custom engraving, CNC woodworking, apparel, larger quantities, special materials, or other one-off projects, visit our Request a Quote page.
Do you offer quantity pricing for businesses, teams, or organizations?
Yes. Larger orders may require custom pricing depending on the product, artwork, decoration method, and quantity. Request a quote so we can review the details.
Can I provide my own logo or artwork?
Yes. We can work with many customer-supplied logos and designs. Artwork quality and the production method can affect what is possible, so we will contact you if changes are needed.
Are all custom products available to order online?
No. We make a much wider range of custom products than what appears in the online shop. The shop is intended for products that can be ordered with standard options, while more involved projects are handled through a custom quote.
