Refund and Returns Policy

Klein’s Designs ND wants you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and corrections are handled.

Returns for Non-Custom Items

Unused, non-custom items may be eligible for a return within 15 days of delivery or pickup. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can review the request and provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, engraved, CNC-made, apparel-decorated, and design-work orders are final sale. These items are created specifically for you and generally cannot be resold.

If we make a mistake compared with the approved order details, or an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 15 days with your order information and clear photos. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your card provider or bank may require additional processing time before the credit appears.

Return Shipping and Exchanges

Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We replace items only when a replacement is appropriate and available. Contact us before sending anything back.
